1. About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed on hanabythesea.com. The store is operated by Kas Creatives & Solutions, registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce number 99904691, VAT number NL005418393B25, at Terralaan 44, 6515 DS Nijmegen, the Netherlands. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse at 383 Boundary Road, Truganina VIC 3029, Australia. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We describe every product as accurately as we can. Screens vary, so colours may look slightly different in person. Measurements are listed on each product page.

3. Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars and are the final price you pay. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order that has already been placed.

4. Orders

Your order is accepted once we send you an order confirmation by email. If we cannot fulfil an order we will contact you and refund you in full.

5. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payment is taken in full when you place your order.

6. Delivery

We ship Australia-wide, free of charge. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days, for a total of 6–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates.

7. Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. See our Refund Policy for the full conditions.

8. Consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

9. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a reasonably foreseeable result of us failing to meet our obligations. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this store, including text, images and design, belongs to Kas Creatives & Solutions and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. This does not affect any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law as a consumer in Australia.
