Do you deliver across Australia?

Yes. We ship to all addresses within Australia.

How long will my order take?

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days, and delivery takes 5–10 business days. Total: 6–12 business days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Every order ships with tracking, and you will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. Email support@hanabythesea.com with your order number first and we will send you a return authorisation. Items must be unworn with tags attached.

How long does a refund take?

We refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return. Your bank may take a few days longer to display it.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Email support@hanabythesea.com with your order number. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping and you are not out of pocket. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payment is taken in full when you order.

Are my payment details secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card details.

How do I find my size?

Every clothing product page has a size guide in centimetres, and our sandals have an EU/UK/AU conversion chart. Jewellery and bags are one size. If you are between sizes, email support@hanabythesea.com and we will advise.
