Where we ship

We currently ship to all addresses within Australia.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum spend and there are no handling fees.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 pm AEST are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery takes 5–10 business days.

Total delivery time: 6–12 business days from the moment you place your order.

Tracking

Every order is sent with tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. You can also follow your order on our Track Your Order page.

Taxes and duties

All prices are shown in Australian dollars. There are no additional taxes, duties or customs charges payable on delivery. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you and arrange redelivery.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays or public holidays. If your order has not arrived within 12 business days, email us at support@hanabythesea.com and we will look into it for you.
